These terms govern the relationship between us and every person who opens an account on this site. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read them and agree to follow them. Where a promotion carries its own conditions, those apply alongside the rules below. If any point seems unclear, please raise it with our support team before you deposit rather than afterwards.
Who May Register
Accounts are open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Your date of birth is recorded at sign-up and later checked against your identity documents. Each person may hold only one account with us. Should we find a second registration, it will be closed and any winnings on it voided, even where it was opened with different details. A player who has lost access to an earlier account should contact support instead, as our agents can restore it.
Your Account Details
The information you give at registration, including your full name, address, date of birth and mobile number, must be accurate and must match your documents letter for letter. A misspelt surname or an outdated postcode may pass the form, yet it will hold up a withdrawal until the discrepancy is resolved. Please keep your mobile number active, because we send confirmation codes to it at sign-up and again when confirming payouts. You are responsible for keeping your password private. Deposits and Currency
You choose the account currency during registration, and winnings are credited in the same currency you deposit.
